Aardraka (Ginger)-Shunthee ( Zingiber officinale ) Part 1 Introduction Shunthee (Shunthi) is a dried form of Ginger ( Zingiber officinale ). Its shabby look may not enthuse any one to use it as a spice or as a medicine.
